Arcade at AmoyCuci

How instant-win games work

Instant-win games reveal the outcome immediately after a single action, such as clicking a card or pressing a button. There is no waiting for draws or rounds to finish. The results are determined by a random number generator built into the game software. Players can see the result on screen and then decide to play again or withdraw their balance.

Bank transfers for withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days.

Withdrawing winnings

Winnings from arcade and instant-win games can be withdrawn to the same e-wallet or bank account used for deposits. The site processes withdrawal requests within a few hours on business days. Players must complete any wagering requirements attached to bonuses before withdrawing. The withdrawal page shows the current balance and any pending conditions in both English and Bahasa.

The site offers a separate page for terms and conditions in both English and Bahasa.

Support for players

If a game does not load or a payout seems incorrect, players can contact the site's customer support via live chat or email. The support team responds in English and Bahasa. The platform does not provide phone numbers or physical addresses. All communication is handled through the secure messaging system inside the player account area.

Wagering requirements on bonuses are clearly stated before any reward is claimed.

Depositing ringgit to play

To start playing, users deposit ringgit via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, or a direct bank transfer using online banking. The site also supports DuitNow and FPX for quick funding. Deposits are processed within minutes, and the credited amount appears in the player's account immediately. Minimum deposit amounts are listed on the cashier page before confirming a transaction.

Live chat support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Game rules and language

All arcade and instant-win games provide rule descriptions in English and Bahasa. Players can toggle the language setting before starting a game to ensure they understand the mechanics. The rules explain bet sizes, winning combinations, and any special features such as multipliers or bonus rounds. No external links or PDFs are needed—everything is visible within the game window.

GrabPay e-wallet transactions are subject to the same daily limits as other methods.

What arcade games are available

The lobby features a selection of arcade-style titles that run on fast, simple mechanics. Players can choose from classic fruit machines, spinning wheels, and grid-based games that resolve in seconds. Each game displays its payout table clearly, so users know what each symbol or combination awards. Bets are placed in ringgit, and winnings are credited instantly to the player's balance on the platform.

A search bar on the slot lobby lets players find games by provider or theme.
